Get the amount you need for bail

3488396Bonds for serious offenses are set entirely at the discretion of the judge. He will take into consideration the nature of your alleged crime, your past encounters with the law, and your risk of flight.

The amount for bail can sometimes be staggering – especially if the judge is a tough-on-crime type. While the amount may seem to put freedom out of your grasp, please remember that you only have to put 10% down in regards to the total bail amount. You may qualify for payment plans or financing.

Wanna Get Out Bail Bonds is here to help guide you through the bail process. Our extremely discrete, direct, and non-judgmental staff will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Bail questions

3488387How much do I have to pay?

The standard bail in Hawaii is 10% of total. So if the bail is set at $50,000, you would have to come up with $5,000 to get released, and we’ll take care of the rest. Payment plans may be available in some cases.

Do I have to pay?

The short answer is “no.” You are under absolutely no obligation to try to meet the bail amount that the judge sets. However, please keep in mind that you or your loved one will be held at the Oahu Community Correctional Center until the trial is complete – which can takes months.

Will I get the money back?

That depends on two factors: the type of bond you get and the outcome of the trial. Speak with our helpful staff about your options for bail, whether it’s a cash bond, a transfer bond, or a surety bond.
